Akira class
Here is all the data i cauld find about the Akira class:
The Akira class is one of the newest Federation Star Ships, the Federation has build this Star Ship in order to replace the old Miranda class star ships. The Miranda and Akira class look very much alike, and thier mision is the same. The Akira class is much more powerful then the old Miranda class, it is as powerful as Nebula class at least, but it's no mach against a Galaxy class starhip.
The
Akira Class Starship was first seen in Star Trek: First Contact.
It has then been seen in
"Message in a Bottle" (Voyager) and Star Trek: Deep
Space Nine episodes. Not much is
known about this class. However, the Akira Class has been spotted
in many combat situations,
which could suggest that the Akira Class is a warship. The length
of the Akira Class is 427 M.
There are at least two Akira Class starships in Starfleet.
